The fuselage effect.

1 - Put the files into a folder under the aircraft.
2 - Edit the *.eff files and replace all folders so they match.
3 - Use approx as model-combined-deffered.
4 - Transparency not supported, use model-combined-transparency for that.

Textures:

		0 - livery (rgba)
		1 - autogen. 3D noise
		2 - normal (rgb) & shininess (a)
		3 - light (rgba)
		4 - reflect map (a) & dirt (rgb)
		5 - reflect cube map (rgb)
		6 - ambient occlusion (a)
		7 - grain (rgba)
		8 - fresnel (rgb) & rainbow (rgb)
